Claire has a wealth of experience in corporate events management, predominantly within the legal sector. She holds a first class honours degree in Leisure, Events and Cultural Management, and a diploma in Industrial Studies. Claire manages all aspects of running the company and is always keen to find new and improved ways of doing business more effectively. Every day working for David Meade is different. One of Claire’s favourite aspects of her job is chatting to new and existing clients about how David’s world-class presentation and entertainment style can really bring their events to life.

Kevin Doran

Client Account Manager

With over 10 years’ experience in hospitality management, Kevin has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dealing with clients from all different backgrounds, and knows how to meet client expectations with excellence.

Having worked on operationally running conferences and events throughout his career, Kevin’s forte is building that special relationship with the clients ensuring they have the trust that he will deliver their needs.

As a recent recruit, Kevin is looking forward to opening new opportunities for the team whilst handling all existing, new and prospective client accounts using his years of experience to help drive the team even further forward.

Nikki Bell

Business Co-Ordinator

Nikki has been working with David Meade since August 2018 and brings her wealth of experience in administration, finance, HR, and client relationships from a career exceeding 10 years in direct marketing.

Nikki thrives in the fast-paced and constantly changing landscape that is organising David Meade’s annual tours, as well as his multitude of worldwide speaking engagements.

She enjoys speaking to international clients and coordinating a very busy diary!

Nikki feels that she has integrated into the team well; she hopes to continue to be a valuable asset as she develops her skills, and also has an eye on expanding her role to incorporate contracts, and any other aspect that would benefit the team.

Kelly Rock

Marketing Manager

Kelly has over 10 years’ experience in Marketing, Publishing and Key Account Management. Kelly holds a Degree in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian.

Kelly joined the team in 2018, and is responsible for creating exciting campaigns to showcase David’s vast portfolio of research and knowledge. Her experience in both above and below the line marketing ensures campaigns are positioned correctly for the business.

Expanding new channels for the business is a key aim and Kelly’s professional approach will ensure clients get the best experience possible.

Kelly really enjoys opening up new opportunities and will work closely with the team to achieve this goal.

Kathy Hanna

Associate Director of Wellbeing

Kathy is a qualified Counsellor, Trainer and Human Resource Professional.  As a personal and professional development specialist with extensive experience in the corporate application of mental health principles, she has established a reputation for working with individuals and businesses, to aid positive impactful transformation. Cathy is CIPD accredited, and her professionalism has been recognised as both a Finalist in the Ulster Tatler Business Woman of the Year, and Excellence in Professional Services with Women in Business.

Natalie Murphy

Tour Manager

Natalie graduated in 2011 with a BA Hons in Drama from the University of Ulster. Natalie has worked as Stage Manager and Production Manager with many Northern Irish theatre companies including GBL Productions, Bruiser Theatre Company, Tinderbox Theatre Company, Big Telly Theatre Company and Prime Cut Productions. Recent stage management credits include Aladdin (SSE Arena, Belfast), Fire Below (Lyric Theatre, Belfast & Abbey Theatre, Dublin), Red (Prime Cut Productions, Lyric Theatre, Belfast), and The Faerie Thorn (Big Telly Theatre Company, UK & Germany tour). Other notable credits include Puckoon (Big Telly Theatre Company, G.B. & Ireland Tour), Cabaret (Bruiser Theatre Company, The MAC, Belfast) and Dancing Shoes (GBL Productions, Grand Opera House, Belfast).

Aaron Butler


Chief Creative Officer at AB Media, Aaron specialises in creating corporate and branded content which is both visually engaging and mentally stimulating.

He has worked with the team at David Meade Ltd to direct and produce our corporate and e-learning videos, which have been used with clients worldwide.

Aaron’s experience and knowledge is invaluable to the business as we increase our video content.

Jonathan Carter

Technical Support

Jonathan is an experienced engineer, videographer, lighting technician and project manager, who is integral to the success of David’s tour year after year. As the Business Development Manager at AV Hire, his reliability and high standards make him an integral part of our team.

Ellen Turley

Ellen has recently transformed our side office into an amazing recording space. With her creative flair and eye for detail she’s created our very own in-house recording studio.
