David feels he has the best job in the world but behind him is one well oiled machine, who just love helping to make your event great!
Nikki Bell (organiser extraordinaire) makes sure all the tiny details are perfect every time. Estas, flights, transfers, invoices; all those things that we need to do to keep the doors open. From tax to mac’s, we literally couldn’t work without her.
Kevin Doran (genius account manager) is new but feels like he’s been in our office for years. (cough – long story). He manages every client relationship like clockwork from beginning to end, and has taken to our sometimes complex industry faster than anyone I’ve ever worked with.
Claire Walker (the boss) is our unflappable boss, overseeing every aspect of the business. A people first leader, a listener, a thinker, a planner, and a do’er. It seems like she’s always been here, and it’s hard to think of a single success we’ve had that didn’t have her leading from the front, and driving from the behind.
How Kelly Rock gets everything done is beyond me. Marketer, blogger, advertiser, writer, and the best haggler in the office (by thousands of pounds!) she’s also the heart, soul and personality of our team. She’s wasted and should be in a sitcom but we’ll keep hold of her as long as we can.
And if you’ve ever seen a video of ours, it’s been made by Aaron Butler (a true video wizard). As Beyonce says, he’s irreplaceable.
Not to forget the amazing Eithne covering the office in Belfast and Elaine who keeps home life running smoothly day and daily.
